The Web Elegance Collection, by Leah
Leah, formerly of Web Elegance and Fontitude, can now be found at several other sites, notably Digi Web Studio which offers resources for the web designer and scrapper in Leah's unique style: graphics and clipart, websets and backgrounds, wallpaper, scrapping papers and embellishments, print packs and more, plus vintage and stock photos. Do go and visit.
As Web Elegance (and also from the Fontitude site), in 2000/2001 Leah created a collection of dingbat fonts with the web designer in mind: interfaces, remotes, menus, websets, buttons and shapes, dividers, frames, homepage and guestbook dings -- making it possible to design webpages with coordinated themes. There was also a lovely font of circular/spirograph outlines called Doilies, but while this and two or three other titles were always freeware, the rest were only available to buy.
Web Elegance was discontinued a few years ago and this looked like another dingbat collection which would never return; but we are delighted that Leah has now decided to make virtually all her titles freely available, and invited us to redistribute them -- many thanks! Zip files contain Leah's original illustrations with an updated readme, and the graphic above is a reduced and modified version of the Web Elegance logo in use to ca. 2003.

Fonts are in TrueType format. If you have difficulty extracting files from the zip, you may need to download WinZip or a similar utility. For help with unzipping your files and installing fonts, see links on our installation page.
Combos 1 Bundle (124 kb): originally to buy, 3 fonts consisting of buttons, dividers and frames created to match each other. Each font contains 52 original characters and each letter corresponds with the same letter in the other fonts for easy matching. The Mini Menus 1 font (below) also contains several menu outlines to match.
Designer Websets 2 (81 kb): originally commercial, a further 18 complete sets with coordinating frames, buttons, and dividers to create matching graphic themes
Guestbooks Galore 1 (98 kb): originally to buy, 52 unique characters for Guestbook and Sign/View buttons; or alternatively use as navigation menus for Home, Back or Next buttons. Also included in the zip is the 15-character Bonus Houses font.
Interface 1 Bundle (76 kb): originally only to buy, 3 fonts containing a total of 45 unique interfaces in a variety of styles, ideal for splash pages or business designs.
Interface 2 Bundle (92 kb): originally commercial, 3 fonts containing 45 unique interfaces in a variety of styles ideal for splash pages or business designs. Also included in the zip is the Bonus Remotes 2 font.
Mini Menus 1 (74 kb): formerly to buy, 52 original characters for splash pages or as navigation menus with graphic sets. Several menus were created to match the Combos 1 Bundle (above).
Remote Control 1 (70 kb): originally commercial, 52 original remotes in a variety of styles, ideal for interfaces, splash pages or professional graphic designs.
Valentine Special (85 kb): originally only to buy, 2 fonts with a Valentine's Day theme. I Love You contains 56 characters that will allow you to create 8 matching graphic sets. Each graphic set contains a coordinating frame, interface, button, divider, guestbook, email, and a decoration. Hearts Galore has 26 different hearts to use for Valentine's Day graphics, stationery, greeting cards etc.
